After Studying Fine Art New Media at Plymouth College of Art and Design in 2004, my love for drawing led me to study Illustration at the University of the West of England, Bristol. From this I followed the path of Animation, something which had been of great interest to me since art college. In June 2007 I completed my graduation film 'Taking Notes' which taught me a lot about film making, both creatively and technically, and I am now working on additional projects.

I believe in the importance of the subtleties in animation. The product of closely observing human or animal behaviour and recreating those small movements that are insignificant but charming at the same time. Most of my inspiration comes from my own memories as I find the best stories are the ones you know well.
